Description
Hole 10, the longest hole at Oak Lane measuring 556 yards form the whites, is the second most challenging hole at Oak Lane. There is nothing deceiving about the 556 yards measurement, it is really that long. Off the tee, the fairway starts off slightly uphill for the first 200 yards. Most likely, in your second shot you will have to consider how to deal with the water on either side of the fairway. The water on the left is farther away from the fairway, but can still come into play on those bad hooking days, while the water on the right seems to attract balls like mice to cheese. Trees lining the fairway on the approach to the green can cause some trouble. There are no bunkers to deal with and the green is pretty large so this hole has definite birdie potential if you can stay dry.
